Our Process

1 - Tell us about your memories

We tailor each service specifically to you and your situation. By providing a description of what memories you want to preserve and/or recover, we can come up with the best solution for you and your family.

2 - We customize a plan for you

Depending on what memories we’re going to protect, organize and/or recover for you, we will provide suggestions on what services fit you best (cloud vs. drive, recovery options, etc.).

3 - Prepare your memories for us

Computers/phones - make a list of possible passwords/passcodes (we won’t ask for these unless necessary).

Photos: You have the option of either sorting them into ziplock bags so that we can organize your files into corresponding folders or we can scan in bulk for you to organize the files on your own.

Tapes: Check that labels are legible so that we can name the files how you want them to be named. If there are no labels, we can check with you before digitizing so you don’t pay for things you don’t want preserved.

4 - We recover, digitize and protect your memories

Once we have everything digitized and recovered, we have the options of putting your memories on a drive or via a cloud solution. We’re happy to put your files onto a drive you already own. If not, we will provide one at cost.

5 - You relive your memories

After we deliver your memories back to you, we ensure you have access to be able to view them and answer any questions you have.
